Bruyère Continuing Care

Ottawa’s second largest health care provider came to McGill Buckley with a troubling brand conundrum. In spite of being a vital part of the Ottawa healthcare community for well over a century they were suffering from low awareness of who they were, what they did and why they mattered.

Over the course of several months McGill Buckley worked with senior management, employees, volunteers, board members and community stakeholders to redefine, re-position and re-launch their brand.

Our considerable amount of branding work with Bruyère Continuing Care included brand discovery sessions, brand architecture, brand development, brand guidelines, messaging, print, collateral and web design and the launch of a multi-media marketing campaign. Our branding campaign for Bruyère Continuing Care was chosen from thousands of entries to be the recipient of an International Summit Award.
